SingularityAI Orion is an AI-powered personal assistant developed by SingularityAI that connects to your Google Workspace services to help you manage tasks through natural conversation.
SingularityAI Orion requests access to Google Workspace services (Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Blogger) only when you explicitly connect them. We use OAuth 2.0 for secure authorization. Each service must be individually authorized by you.
Your data is used solely to fulfill your requests — for example, creating a calendar event you ask for, or drafting an email on your behalf. We do not analyze, sell, or share your data with third parties.
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using Fernet (AES-128-CBC) encryption. We do not store the contents of your emails, documents, or calendar events on our servers beyond what is needed to process your immediate request.
We retain OAuth access tokens only for the duration needed to fulfill your requests. Conversation history may be stored to improve your experience but does not contain the raw contents of your Google Workspace data.
You can disconnect any integration at any time from within the SingularityAI Orion app. This immediately revokes access and deletes stored tokens. You can also revoke access from Google Account Permissions.
SingularityAI Orion uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication and authorization. We use Firebase for user authentication and hosting. No user data is shared with any other third-party services.
